In Tuesday's league match, the Midland Valley Mustangs (Graniteville, SC) volleyball squad overcame the visiting Brookland-Cayce Bearcats (Cayce, SC), by a count of 3-0.

Next up, the Mustangs battle the Airport Eagles (West Columbia, SC) in a AAAA Region 4 bout, on Thursday, October 2. Midland Valley will attempt to better on its 5-12 season record.

With the loss, Brookland-Cayce drops to 0-19 on the campaign.
