The Carnegie Vanguard Rhinos prevailed the host Madison Marlins volleyball team by a margin of 3-0 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Rhinos now possess a 16-5 record. They play next when they host Westbury for a 5A Region III District 21 bout on Friday, October 3. Carnegie Vanguard will clash with a Huskies team coming off a 3-2 league loss to Austin (Houston, TX). The Huskies record now stands at 5-10.

With the loss, Madison drops to 8-6 on the campaign. The Marlins travel to Sharpstown (Houston, TX) to clash with the Apollos in a 5A Region III District 21 bout on Friday, October 3.
