The crowd at Tuesday's league battle between the Croatan Cougars (Newport, NC) and the visiting Richlands Wildcats (Richlands, NC), observed Croatan's volleyball team overcome Richlands by a tally of 3-0.

The Cougars (12-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Pamlico County (Bayboro, NC). The Hurricanes enter the non-league challenge with a 11-7 record. In their last challenge, Pamlico County beat Jones (Trenton, NC), 3-0, in a league challenge.
