The Hammond Central Wolves topped the visiting East Chicago Central Cardinals volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Tuesday's league game.

Next up, the Wolves confront the Hammond Morton Governors (Hammond, IN) in a Great Lakes game, on Thursday, October 2. Hammond Central will attempt to advance on its 13-10 season record. The Governors go into the game with a 9-7 record after their 3-2 non-league win over River Forest (Hobart, IN).

The Cardinals (9-13) will now prepare for their game against Griffith (Griffith, IN). The Panthers go into the non-league game with a 9-11 record. In their last game, Griffith was dropped by Hobart (Hobart, IN), 3-0, in a non-league outing.
