Kentucky High School Volleyball - Frankfort Christian Academy overwhelmed by Model
September 30, 2025: Richmond, KY 40475 Model Patriots (Richmond, KY) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Frankfort Christian Academy Royals (Frankfort, KY), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Model improves its record to 17-6 on the season. The Patriots host Lee County (Beattyville, KY) to meet the Bobcats in a non-league challenge on Thursday, October 2. The Bobcats come into the challenge with a record of 10-9. Lee County won 3-0 in their recent league challenge against Owsley County (Booneville, KY)
Next, the Royals meet the Harrison County Thorobreds/Fillies (Cynthiana, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, October 13. Frankfort Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 1-15 season record. The Thorobreds/Fillies come into the challenge with a 13-11 record after their 3-0 non-league win over St. Patrick (Maysville, KY).
