September 26, 2025: Berea, KY 40403 Fans at Friday's non-league contest between the Berea Pirates (Berea, KY) and the visiting Frankfort Christian Academy Royals (Frankfort, KY), observed Berea's volleyball team top Frankfort Christian Academy by a count of 3-0.
The Pirates (5-8) will now prepare for their battle against Pineville (Pineville, KY). The Mountain Lions go into the non-league battle with a 11-10 record. In their last battle, Pineville dropped by Barbourville (Barbourville, KY), 3-1, in a league battle.
The Royals now own a 1-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Owen County for a non-league battle on Monday, September 29. Frankfort Christian Academy will encounter a Rebels squad coming off a 3-1 league loss to Trimble County (Bedford, KY). The Rebels record now stands at 9-10.
