In Tuesday's league challenge, the host Herbert Hoover Huskies volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Lincoln County Panthers.

The Huskies (29-4) will now prepare for their test against George Washington (Charleston, WV). The Patriots come into the non-league challenge with a 15-9 record. In their last challenge, George Washington beat Shady Spring (Shady Spring, WV), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Panthers meet the Point Pleasant Big Blacks (Point Pleasant, WV) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 30. Lincoln County will attempt to upgrade on its 3-16 season record.
