Point Pleasant Big Blacks (Point Pleasant, WV) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Lincoln County Panthers (Hamlin, WV), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Big Blacks (19-20) will now prepare for their challenge against Winfield (Winfield, WV). The Generals come into the non-league challenge with a 29-11 record. In their last challenge, Winfield beat George Washington (Charleston, WV), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Panthers meet the Point Pleasant Big Blacks (Point Pleasant, WV) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 25. Lincoln County will attempt to upgrade on its 7-28 season record. The Big Blacks come into the challenge with a 18-18 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Sissonville (Charleston, WV).
