September 4, 2024: Fort Thomas, KY 41075 The Highlands Bluebirds felled the visiting Dixie Heights Colonels football team by a score of 33-8 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Bluebirds face the Archbishop Moeller Fighting Crusaders (Cincinnati, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 12. Highlands will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record. The Fighting Crusaders go into the challenge with a 3-0 record after their 33-0 non-league win over Centerville (Centerville, OH).
The Colonels (0-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Ryle (Union, KY). The Raiders go into the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Ryle lost by Covington Catholic (Park Hills, KY), 27-7, in a non-league challenge.
