Nevada High School Volleyball - Fernley tips Hug
September 4, 2024: Reno, NV 89431 Fans at Wednesday's non-league contest between the Fernley Vaqueros (Fernley, NV) and the host Hug Hawks (Reno, NV), observed Fernley's volleyball team hold off Hug by a count of 2-1.
The Vaqueros (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against North Valleys (Reno, NV). The Panthers enter the non-league contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, North Valleys got by Churchill County (Fallon, NV), 2-1, in a non-league contest.
Coming up next, the Hawks clash with the Spring Creek Spartans (Spring Creek, NV) in a non-league bout, on Friday, September 6. Hug will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record. The Spartans come into the bout with a 1-0 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Lowry (Winnemucca, NV).
