The Buckeye Hawks walloped the visiting Moon Valley Rockets football team by a score of 50-18 in Thursday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Hawks meet the Gila Ridge Hawks (Yuma, AZ) in a non-league test, on Friday, September 12. Buckeye will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record. The Hawks come into the test with a 1-1 record after their 28-14 non-league win over Greenway (Phoenix, AZ).

With the defeat, Moon Valley drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Rockets host Arcadia (Phoenix, AZ) to face the Titans in a non-league challenge on Friday, September 12. The Titans enter the challenge with a record of 2-0. Arcadia won 31-28 in their recent non-league challenge against Camelback (Phoenix, AZ)
