California High School Football - Liberty tops Los Gatos

The Liberty Lions football squad scored 20 points and limited the visiting Los Gatos Wildcats to 0 in the Lions non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Lions now hold a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Tracy for a non-league test on Thursday, September 11. Liberty will meet a Bulldogs squad coming off a 34-0 non-league win over Mountain House (Mountain House, CA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-0.

With the defeat, Los Gatos drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Burlingame (Burlingame, CA) to face the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, September 13.
