North Carolina High School Volleyball - Pender can't hold off Wilmington Christian Academy
September 4, 2025: Wilmington, NC 28405 The Wilmington Christian Academy Patriots tipped the visiting Pender Patriots volleyball team by a margin of 2-1 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Patriots now possess a 4-1 record. They play next when they host Living Water Christian for a match on Friday, September 5.
The Patriots (6-3) will now prepare for their match against Union (Rose Hill, NC). The Spartans enter the non-league match with a 1-8 record. In their last match, Union was tipped by East Columbus (Lake Waccamaw, NC), 2-0, in a non-league match.
