September 4, 2025: Liberal, KS 67901 The Liberal Redskins soccer squad scored 7 points and held the visiting Great Bend Panthers to 0 in the Redskins league victory on Thursday.
The Redskins now hold a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Heights for a non-league game on Saturday, September 6. Liberal will face a Falcons team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Maize (Maize, KS). The Falcons record now stands at 0-2.
The Panthers (0-1) will now prepare for their game against South (Salina, KS). The Cougars enter the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, South was overwhelmed by Rose Hill (Rose Hill, KS), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.
