The Bearden Bulldogs volleyball squad (Knoxville, TN), was edged 3-2 in Thursday's league contest with the visiting Farragut Admirals (Knoxville, TN)

The Admirals (6-4) will now prepare for their contest against West (Knoxville, TN). The Rebels enter the AAA District 4 contest with a 6-7 record.

Next, the Bulldogs battle the William Blount Governors (Maryville, TN) in a AAA District 4 contest, on Tuesday, September 9. Bearden will attempt to move on its 3-5 season record. The Governors enter the contest with a 12-1 record after their 3-0 league win over West (Knoxville, TN).
