North Carolina High School Volleyball - North Stokes overwhelmed by Bethany Community
September 4, 2025: Danbury, NC 27016 Bethany Community Wolves (Summerfield, NC) followers left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host North Stokes Vikings (Danbury, NC), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Bethany Community advances its record to 3-6 on the season. The Wolves travel to Piedmont Classical (Browns Summit, NC) to play the Bobcats in a Northwest Piedmont 1A/2A challenge on Tuesday, September 9. The Bobcats come into the challenge with a record of 0-5. Piedmont Classical lost 3-0 in their recent league challenge against Leadership Academy (Kernersville, NC)
Next, the Vikings play the Bassett Bengals (Bassett, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, September 8. North Stokes will attempt to upgrade on its 1-6 season record. The Bengals come into the challenge with a 0-4 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to James River (Buchanan, VA).
