September 4, 2025: Niles, MI 49120 Niles Vikings (Niles, MI) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Dowagiac Chieftains (Dowagiac, MI), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Niles improves its record to 8-5 on the season. The Vikings travel to Mishawaka Marian (Mishawaka, IN) to face the Knights in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 9. The Knights come into the challenge with a record of 5-5. Mishawaka Marian won 2-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Calumet Christian (Griffith, IN)
Next, the Chieftains play the Bloomingdale Cardinals (Bloomingdale, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 6. Dowagiac will attempt to upgrade on its 2-9 season record.
