Hobbton Wildcats (Newton Grove, NC) followers left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the visiting North Duplin Rebels (Calypso, NC), 3-2 in a league test.

With the win, Hobbton advances its record to 5-2 on the season. The Wildcats host West Columbus (Cerro Gordo, NC) to face the Vikings in a Carolina 1A/2A test on Tuesday, September 9. The Vikings go into the test with a record of 0-7. West Columbus lost 3-1 in their recent league test against East Bladen (Elizabethtown, NC)
