California High School Volleyball - Rock Academy over Horizon Prep
September 4, 2025: Rancho Santa Fe, CA 92067 Fans at Thursday's non-league contest between the Rock Academy Warriors (San Diego, CA) and the host Horizon Prep Lions (Rancho Santa Fe, CA), observed Rock Academy's volleyball team top Horizon Prep by a count of 3-0.
The Warriors (3-2) will now prepare for their contest against Bayfront Charter (Chula Vista, CA). The Sharks enter the non-league contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, Bayfront Charter was knocked off by Morse (San Diego, CA), 3-0, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Lions battle the Mountain Empire Redhawks (Pine Valley, CA) in a non-league contest, on Friday, September 5. Horizon Prep will attempt to improve on its 3-2 season record. The Redhawks go into the battle with a 5-2 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Calexico Mission (Calexico, CA).
