September 4, 2025: Murtaugh, ID 83344 Murtaugh Red Devils (Murtaugh, ID) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the visiting Oakley Hornets (Oakley, ID), 3-2 in a league test.
With the win, Murtaugh improves its record to 3-0 on the season. The Red Devils travel to Preston (Preston, ID) to encounter the Indians in a non-league test on Saturday, September 6. The Indians go into the test with a record of 6-3. Preston lost 3-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Blackfoot (Blackfoot, ID)
Next, the Hornets meet the Hagerman Pirates (Hagerman, ID) in a 2A Snake River challenge, on Tuesday, September 9. Oakley will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record.
