Mississippi High School Volleyball - Scott Central overwhelmed by Puckett
September 4, 2025: Forest, MS 39074 The Puckett Wolves topped the host Scott Central Rebels volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Thursday's league outing.
The Wolves now have a 7-1 record. They play next when they travel to Pelahatchie for a Class 2A Region 5 outing on Tuesday, September 9. Puckett will play a Chiefs team coming off a 3-2 league loss to Newton (Newton, MS). The Chiefs record now stands at 0-8.
With the loss, Scott Central drops to 8-6 on the campaign. The Rebels travel to Kemper County (DeKalb, MS) to play the Wildcats in a non-league outing on Monday, September 8. The Wildcats come into the outing with a record of 2-8.
