California High School Volleyball - St. Paul over St. Pius X-St. Matthias Academy
September 4, 2025: Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670 In Thursday's league challenge, the host St. Paul Swordsmen volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the St. Pius X-St. Matthias Academy Warriors.
The Swordsmen (7-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Serra (Gardena, CA). The Cavaliers come into the Santa Fe challenge with a 3-4 record. In their last test, Serra went down by St. Mary's Academy (Inglewood, CA), 3-1, in a non-league test.
The Warriors now sport a 5-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Mary's Academy for a Santa Fe test on Tuesday, September 9. St. Pius X-St. Matthias Academy will face a Belles squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Serra (Gardena, CA). The Belles record now stands at 5-4.
