September 5, 2023: Malvern, IA 51551 The East Mills volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Griswold Tigers to 1 in the league victory on Tuesday.
The now have a 12-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Clarinda for a non-league game on Thursday, September 7. East Mills will meet a Cardinals team coming off a 3-0 league win over Denison-Schleswig (Denison, IA). The Cardinals record now stands at 6-5.
The Tigers (9-3) will now prepare for their game against Woodbine (Woodbine, IA). The Tigers enter the non-league game with a 2-4 record. In their last game, Woodbine dropped by Riverside (Oakland, IA), 2-0, in a non-league game.
