September 5, 2024: Montross, VA 22520 Westmoreland Eagles (Montross, VA) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting King & Queen Central Royal Tigers (King & Queen Court House, VA), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Westmoreland improves its record to 3-1 on the season. The Eagles travel to Varina (Richmond, VA) to face the Blue Devils in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 10. The Blue Devils go into the test with a record of 0-1.
The Royal Tigers now own a 0-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West Point for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 10.
