September 5, 2024: Tiger, GA 30576 The Rabun County Wildcats softball squad (Tiger, GA), was routed 8-0 in Thursday's league contest with the visiting Banks County Leopards (Homer, GA)
With the triumph, Banks County improves its record to 16-3 on the year. The Leopards travel to Oconee County (Watkinsville, GA) to face the Warriors in a non-league contest on Monday, September 9. The Warriors enter the contest with a record of 3-12. Oconee County lost 14-4 in their recent league contest against Cherokee Bluff (Flowery Branch, GA)
The Wildcats now hold a 2-9 record. They play next when they travel to Commerce for a 1A D-I Region 8 contest on Tuesday, September 10. Rabun County will face a Tigers squad coming off a 4-3 league win over Providence Christian Academy (Lilburn, GA). The Tigers record now stands at 4-10.
