Georgia High School Softball - Providence Christian Academy knocked off by Elbert County
September 5, 2024: Elberton, GA 30635 The Elbert County Blue Devils overwhelmed the visiting Providence Christian Academy Storm softball squad by a count of 9-1 in Thursday's league challenge.
Next, the Blue Devils meet the Madison County Red Raiders (Danielsville, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, September 9. Elbert County will attempt to upgrade on its 6-8 season record. The Red Raiders go into the challenge with a 5-8 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Franklin County (Carnesville, GA).
The Storm (5-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Bethlehem Christian Academy (Bethlehem, GA). The Knights go into the non-league challenge with a 6-5 record. In their last challenge, Bethlehem Christian Academy was routed by Loganville Christian Academy (Loganville, GA), 9-1, in a league challenge.
