In Thursday's league challenge, the visiting Cambria Heights Highlanders volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the United Lions.

The Highlanders (3-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Central Cambria (Ebensburg, PA). The Red Devils come into the non-league challenge with a 2-4 record. In their last challenge, Central Cambria beat Chestnut Ridge (New Paris, PA), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Lions play the Ligonier Valley Rams (Ligonier, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, September 9. United will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
