September 5, 2024: Piedmont, OK 73078 Piedmont Wildcats (Piedmont, OK) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Choctaw Yellowjackets (Choctaw, OK), 3-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Piedmont improves its record to 7-4 on the season. The Wildcats host Mustang (Mustang, OK) to encounter the Broncos in a Central Oklahoma test on Tuesday, September 10. The Broncos go into the test with a record of 13-3. Mustang won 3-0 in their recent league test against Southmoore (Moore, OK)
The Yellowjackets now own a 6-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Midwest City for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 10. Choctaw will encounter a Bombers squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Southeast (Oklahoma City, OK). The Bombers record now stands at 7-6.
