West Virginia High School Football - Clay-Battelle prevails Frontier
September 5, 2025: Blacksville, WV 26521 The Clay-Battelle Cee-Bees felled the visiting Frontier Cougars football team by a score of 42-20 in Friday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Cee-Bees play the Madonna Blue Dons (Weirton, WV) in a Mason-Dixon challenge, on Saturday, September 6. Clay-Battelle will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record.
The Cougars (1-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Shadyside (Shadyside, OH). The Tigers go into the non-league challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, Shadyside was dropped by Buckeye Local (Rayland, OH), 20-14, in a non-league challenge.
