In their next game, the Hornets face the Depew Hornets (Depew, OK) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 12. Copan will attempt to improve on its 2-0 season record. The Hornets go into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 28-14 non-league win over Strother (Seminole, OK).
The Panthers (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Welch (Welch, OK). The Wildcats go into the non-league challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Welch was overwhelmed by Claremore Christian (Claremore, OK), 50-12, in a non-league test.
