In Friday's non-league game, the Lightridge Bolts (Aldie, VA) football team overcame the visiting Tuscarora Huskies (Leesburg, VA), by a tally of 34-19.

In their next game, the Bolts battle the Broad Run Spartans (Ashburn, VA) in a non-league game, on Friday, September 12. Lightridge will attempt to better on its 1-1 season record. The Spartans enter the game with a 0-2 record after their 27-16 non-league loss to Riverside (Leesburg, VA).

The Huskies (1-1) will now prepare for their outing against Potomac Falls (Sterling, VA). The Panthers come into the non-league outing with a 2-0 record. In their last outing, Potomac Falls achieved victory over Independence (Ashburn, VA), 21-20, in a league outing.
