Northwestern Tigers (Kokomo, IN) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team tip the host Southwood Knights (Wabash, IN), 26-20 in a league match.

The Tigers (1-2) will now prepare for their match against Peru (Peru, IN). The Tigers come into the Three Rivers challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, Peru was edged by Lewis Cass (Walton, IN), 34-32, in a league challenge.

The Knights (0-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Northfield (Wabash, IN). The Norsemen go into the Three Rivers challenge with a 0-3 record. In their last challenge, Northfield was edged by Maconaquah (Bunker Hill, IN), 42-6, in a league challenge.
