New York High School Soccer - Greenwich nudges Chatham
September 5, 2025: Chatham, NY 12037 The Greenwich Witches soccer squad scored 2 points and held the host Chatham Panthers to 1 in the Witches non-league victory on Friday.
The Witches now hold a 3-1 record. They play next when they travel to Stillwater for a Wararen bout on Tuesday, September 9. Greenwich will face a Warriors team coming off a 9-0 non-league loss to Lake George (Lake George, NY). The Warriors record now stands at 0-2.
The Panthers (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Taconic Hills (Craryville, NY). The Titans enter the Patroon contest with a 2-0 record. In their last contest, Taconic Hills held off Watervliet (Watervliet, NY), 6-1, in a league contest.
