North Carolina High School Volleyball - Ashe County Lake Norman Charter

Lake Norman Charter Knights (Huntersville, NC) backers were pleased Friday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the visiting Ashe County Huskies (West Jefferson, NC), 3-1 in a non-league challenge.

The Knights (9-3) will now prepare for their challenge against North Iredell (Olin, NC). The Raiders come into the non-league challenge with a 5-1 record. In their last challenge, North Iredell beat East Surry (Pilot Mountain, NC), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Huskies play the North Iredell Raiders (Olin, NC) in a non-league game, on Saturday, September 6. Ashe County will attempt to advance on its 7-2 season record. The Raiders go into the game with a 5-1 record after their 3-1 non-league win over East Surry (Pilot Mountain, NC).
