September 5, 2025: Castaic, CA 91384 The Santa Clarita Christian Cardinals volleyball squad (Canyon Country, CA), was edged 3-2 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Castaic Coyotes (Castaic, CA)
With the victory, Castaic upgrades its record to 7-4 on the year. The Coyotes host Canyon (Canyon Country, CA) to meet the Cowboys in a Foothill challenge on Tuesday, September 9. The Cowboys enter the challenge with a record of 3-16. Canyon won 3-1 in their recent league challenge against Hart (Newhall, CA)
Next, the Cardinals meet the Vasquez Mustangs (Acton, CA) in a Heritage challenge, on Tuesday, September 9. Santa Clarita Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 7-3 season record. The Mustangs go into the test with a 5-6 record after their 3-0 league loss to Faith Baptist (Canoga Park, CA).
