Christian Heritage Academy Knights (Rocky Mount, VA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the host Temple Christian Crusaders (Madison Heights, VA), 3-2 in a non-league game.

Next up, the Knights face the Timberlake Christian Tornadoes (Forest, VA) in a non-league game, on Monday, September 8. Christian Heritage Academy will attempt to advance on its 4-1 season record. The Tornadoes go into the game with a 5-6 record after their 3-2 league win over Westover Christian Academy (Danville, VA).

The Crusaders (3-4) will now prepare for their game against United Christian Academy (Stanardsville, VA). The Crusaders go into the non-league game with a 2-1 record. In their last game, United Christian Academy nudged Appalachian Christian School (Waynesboro, VA), 3-2, in a non-league game.
