Florida High School Volleyball - Somerset Academy (Silver Palms) over Marathon
September 5, 2025: Marathon, FL 33050 In Friday's non-league challenge, the visiting Somerset Academy (Silver Palms) Stallions volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Marathon Dolphins.
The Stallions (5-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Somerset Academy South Homestead (Homestead, FL). The Hurricanes enter the non-league challenge with a 5-1 record. In their last challenge, Somerset Academy South Homestead beat Cushman (Miami, FL), 3-0, in a non-league test.
The Dolphins now own a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Coral Shores for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 9. Marathon will face a Hurricanes squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to South Fork (Stuart, FL). The Hurricanes record now stands at 6-3.
