Georgia High School Softball - Morgan County can't hold off Glascock County
September 6, 2023: Madison, GA 30650 The Glascock County Panthers softball team scored 3 runs and limited the host Morgan County Bulldogs to 2 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Wednesday.
With the triumph, Glascock County improves its record to 8-3 on the year. The Panthers host Georgia Military College (Milledgeville, GA) to clash with the Bulldogs in a 1A D-II Region 5 game on Tuesday, September 12. The Bulldogs come into the game with a record of 5-6. Georgia Military College lost 8-6 in their recent non-league game against Pierce County (Blackshear, GA)
In their next game, the Bulldogs clash with the Hephzibah Rebels (Hephzibah, GA) in a 3A Region 4 game, on Thursday, September 7. Morgan County will attempt to improve on its 6-5 season record. The Rebels come into the game with a 3-3 record after their 15-0 non-league loss to Lakeside (Evans, GA).
