Louisiana High School Volleyball - New Iberia routed by Academy of the Sacred Heart
September 6, 2023: Grand Coteau, LA 70541 The Academy of the Sacred Heart Saints volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting New Iberia Yellowjackets to 0 in the Saints non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Saints now possess a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Church Point for a non-league game on Thursday, September 7. Academy of the Sacred Heart will meet a Bears team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Eunice (Eunice, LA). The Bears record now stands at 0-2.
The Yellowjackets (1-2) will now prepare for their game against Bourgeois (Gray, LA). The Braves enter the non-league game with a 2-4 record. In their last game, Bourgeois was dropped by Central Catholic (Morgan City, LA), 3-0, in a non-league game.
