North Carolina High School Volleyball - South Lenoir can't hold off Richlands
September 6, 2023: Deep Run, NC 28525 In Wednesday's non-league battle, the visiting Richlands Wildcats volleyball team scored a tight 3-2 triumph over the South Lenoir Blue Devils.
The Wildcats (5-2) will now prepare for their battle against Southwest Onslow (Jacksonville, NC). The Stallions come into the non-league battle with a 2-6 record. In their last battle, Southwest Onslow was edged by North Lenoir (LaGrange, NC), 3-0, in a league battle.
Next, the Blue Devils clash with the Wallace-Rose Hill Bulldogs (Teachey, NC) in a East Central 2A battle, on Thursday, September 7. South Lenoir will attempt to advance on its 3-3 season record. The Bulldogs come into the battle with a 6-2 record after their 3-0 league win over Southwest Onslow (Jacksonville, NC).
