The Patriots now hold a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Wyoming Valley West for a Wyoming Valley 1 test on Friday, September 13. Pittston will meet a Spartans squad coming off a 23-7 non-league loss to North Pocono (Covington Township, PA). The Spartans record now stands at 0-3.
