California High School Volleyball - Kennedy can't get by Cleveland
September 7, 2024: Granada Hills, CA 91344 Cleveland Cavaliers (Reseda, CA) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the host Kennedy Cougars (Granada Hills, CA), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Cleveland improves its record to 3-4 on the season. The Cavaliers travel to Thousand Oaks (Thousand Oaks, CA) to face the Lancers in a non-league test on Saturday, September 7. The Lancers go into the test with a record of 5-1. Thousand Oaks won 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Moorpark (Moorpark, CA)
The Cougars now own a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Van Nuys for a Valley Mission test on Monday, September 9. Kennedy will face a Wolves squad coming off a 3-2 league loss to Panorama (Panorama City, CA). The Wolves record now stands at 3-1.
