In Saturday's non-league test, the South Charleston Black Eagles (South Charleston, WV) volleyball team beat the visiting Nicholas County Grizzlies (Summersville, WV), by a tally of 2-0.

The Black Eagles (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Huntington (Huntington, WV). The Highlanders go into the non-league test with a 0-0 record.
