September 7, 2022: Darien, IL 60561 Metea Valley Mustangs (Aurora, IL) supporters left the game in high spirits Wednesday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Hinsdale South Hornets (Darien, IL), 2-0 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Mustangs clash with the Benet Academy Redwings (Lisle, IL) in a non-league match, on Monday, September 12. Metea Valley will attempt to advance on its 12-3 season record. The Redwings come into the match with a 8-1 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Downers Grove North (Downers Grove, IL).
With the loss, Hinsdale South drops to 3-6 on the campaign. The Hornets travel to Castle (Newburgh, IN) to clash with the Knights in a non-league match on Friday, September 9.
