September 7, 2023: Carrollton, KY 41008 The Owen County Rebels volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Carroll County Panthers to 1 in the Rebels league victory on Thursday.
The Rebels now have a 3-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Western Hills for a non-league game on Saturday, September 9. Owen County will confront a Wolverines team coming off a 3-0 league win over Frankfort (Frankfort, KY). The Wolverines record now stands at 6-7.
The Panthers (1-11) will now prepare for their game against Switzerland County (Vevay, IN). The Pacers enter the non-league game with a 1-9 record. In their last game, Switzerland County gained a win over Clarksville (Clarksville, IN), 3-1, in a non-league game.
