September 7, 2023: Roanoke, VA 24018 In Thursday's league contest, the Cave Spring Knights (Roanoke, VA) volleyball squad were winner over the visiting Salem Spartans (Salem, VA), by a margin of 3-0.
Next up, the Knights battle the Lord Botetourt Cavaliers (Daleville, VA) in a non-league contest, on Monday, September 11. Cave Spring will attempt to better on its 5-1 season record. The Cavaliers go into the contest with a 3-1 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Liberty Christian (Lynchburg, VA).
With the loss, Salem moves to 4-4 on the year. The Spartans host Blacksburg (Blacksburg, VA) to battle the Bruins in a River Ridge contest on Tuesday, September 12. The Bruins go into the contest with a record of 6-0. Blacksburg won 3-0 in their recent league contest against Pulaski County (Dublin, VA)
