September 7, 2023: Hilton Head Island, SC 29926 The Colleton County Cougars volleyball squad (Walterboro, SC), was outscored 3-0 in Thursday's league bout with the host Hilton Head Island Seahawks (Hilton Head Island, SC)
With the win, Hilton Head Island upgrades its record to 6-6 on the year. The Seahawks travel to Bluffton (Bluffton, SC) to play the Bobcats in a AAAA Region 7 bout on Tuesday, September 12. The Bobcats go into the bout with a record of 1-3. Bluffton lost 3-1 in their recent league bout against Lucy Beckham (Mt. Pleasant, SC)
The Cougars now own a 0-4 record. They play next when they travel to James Island for a AAAA Region 7 bout on Tuesday, September 12. Colleton County will play a Trojans squad coming off a 3-2 league win over May River (Bluffton, SC). The Trojans record now stands at 5-5.
