North Carolina High School Volleyball - Community Christian Academy edged by The Master's Academy

The The Master's Academy Lions held off the host Community Christian Academy Warriors volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Thursday's league test.

The Lions now have a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lake Lure Classical Academy for a Western Piedmont Athletic test on Friday, September 8. The Master's Academy will confront a Raptors team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Reynolds Mountain Christian Academy (Asheville, NC). The Raptors record now stands at 0-3.

The Warriors (0-3) will now prepare for their test against Nebo Crossing Academy (Nebo, NC). The Bulldogs enter the Western Piedmont Athletic test with a 3-4 record. In their last test, Nebo Crossing Academy held off Christian Family Academy (Hickory, NC), 3-0, in a league test.
