The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the The Master's Academy Lions (Forest City, NC) and the visiting Long Shoals Wesleyan Academy Crusaders (Lincolnton, NC), saw The Master's Academy's volleyball squad beat Long Shoals Wesleyan Academy by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, The Master's Academy upgrades its record to 9-9 on the year. The Lions travel to Pinnacle Classical Academy (Shelby, NC) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 17. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 13-4. Pinnacle Classical Academy won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Christian Family Academy (Hickory, NC)
