Ohio High School Volleyball - Fisher Catholic over Millersport

The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Fisher Catholic Irish (Lancaster, OH) and the host Millersport Lakers (Millersport, OH), saw Fisher Catholic's volleyball squad beat Millersport by a tally of 3-1.

With the win, Fisher Catholic upgrades its record to 5-4 on the year. The Irish travel to Bishop Rosecrans (Zanesville, OH) to play the Bishops in a Mid-State - Cardinal bout on Tuesday, September 12. The Bishops go into the bout with a record of 2-6. Bishop Rosecrans lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Miller (Corning, OH)

The Lakers now own a 4-2 record. They play next when they travel to Lakewood for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 9. Millersport will play a Lancers squad coming off a 3-2 league loss to Northridge (Johnstown, OH). The Lancers record now stands at 3-7.
